OVER 30 YEARS IN BUSINESS!

Busy service company office is looking for an organized and motivated candidate to help run day to day office operations. We have very little/no foot traffic so communications are via email and phone/text but, we do have a high volume at times.

Ideal candidate works well under stress and can problem solve. Self starter and motivated. Very professional.

We deal with a high end VERY particular clientele and a lot will be expected of you.

Proficient with basic computing programs-we use Google Drive and excel/Word and email so nothing complicated.

You will be sending many emails and entering data so a decent typing ability is a must.

You MUST be able to efficiently and effectively manage your ToDo list every day. We have strict communication deadlines placed on us and we are penalized if they are not met.

The ability to work alone is needed as well. Most days in the office we do not have walk in customers so its you and our techs. Working from a home office is very much a possibility once fully trained.

The job description is as follows:

Daily communications via email and phones-light phone duty as we deal mostly with clients via email. Single line office.

Data entry into our system-this can be a large portion of the clerical job.

Scheduling tech routes. We schedule in multiple states and this can be challenging. You will need to learn a few things about repairs and our process in order to efficiently schedule and allow the appropriate time for the techs. You will be fully trained and assistance is always available.

We are looking for someone who can work Monday - Friday with a start time around 8 am. We are closed on weekends. You will however find that you need to log into the system over the weekend to confirm schedules and cancellations.

Closed all major holidays.

Training will occur near i17 and Peoria OR a location we choose.

Working from home requires a quiet environment and the ability to produce from a home office setting.

Health insurance benefits are possible if switched to full time. Part time to start-likely 20-30 hours each week. Full 40 per week very soon after hire and training is likely
