We’re hiring an organized, professional, and dependable Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients and to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and answer incoming calls courteously and professionally
Take detailed messages and route calls to the right team members
Accurately log job details, notes, and updates in JobNimbus (CRM/Project Management)
Create and maintain digital/physical filing systems for job docs
Support project managers and field staff with admin tasks, scheduling, and data entry
Assist with social media and marketing tasks
Provide other administrative support as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support (restoration industry a plus)
Familiarity with JobNimbus or similar CRM/project tools (highly desirable)
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—phone presence matters
High attention to detail and strong organization
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, not required
