Looking for a qualified and friendly individual with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask. Position responsible for assisting with admin duties, answering phones, bookkeeping, filing, scheduling and other duties as required. Knowledge of construction helpful. This is not a remote position. 3 to 5 days per week 12-5pm
Qualifications:
Must possess knowledge of bookkeeping procedures including accounts payable and receivables. Attention to detail with high level of accuracy and well organized. Microsoft word, Excel and Quickbooks experience. Answering phones and transferring calls, scheduling jobs.
