You'll be an expert at anticipating needs, navigating complex logistics with creative solutions, and using proactive communication to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. More than anything, you'll be their reliable partner, radiating a "consider it done" confidence that provides security and trust throughout their busy lives.
Working 20-30 hours per week in the North Scottsdale/Cave Creek area, you'll transform from task-handler to indispensable problem-solver, making the impossible seem effortless while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
TYPICAL WEEKLY TASKS:
-Grocery shopping- Sprouts, Costco, Whole Foods
-Coordinating house maintenance and supplies
-Scheduling with contractors or suppliers for home operations
-Home Organization tasks such as office supplies and kitchen equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
-You are available on a weekly schedule Monday through Friday 9am- 3pm.
-You have previous admin experience and can prove it.
-You're naturally organized and take pride in your work
-You're reliable and take initiative
-You're comfortable working independently
-You have good references from previous employers
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Clean background check and verifiable references
