Property Manager – RV & Mobile Home Park

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our RV & Mobile Home Park. The ideal candidate will ensure the property runs smoothly, residents are satisfied, and leasing, maintenance, and administrative processes are handled efficiently.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining high standards of community appearance, financial performance, and resident relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of park operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met
Resolve resident concerns and disputes professionally and promptly
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upkeep
Maintain accurate records: leases, resident data, maintenance logs, etc.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and all relevant regulations
Promote available units using up-selling strategies to maximize occupancy
Assist with budget planning and financial reporting
Collect rent, manage deposits, track late fees, and oversee financial transactions
Ensure community cleanliness, timely repairs, and market-ready vacancies
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of property management experience
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proven conflict resolution abilities
Familiarity with property maintenance procedures
Experience with leasing processes and documentation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient in data entry and record-keeping
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
