Ralph’s Snack Bar is the largest mobile catering company in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Our fleet with over 80 trucks including specialty concepts Burgers Amore, Queso Good, Rock Star Hot Dogs, Rocco’s Cheesesteaks and The Fry Bread Truck.
We have an immediate need for a full-time parts manager.
Qualifications
- Process driven, attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
- Possess communication and organizational skills
- Be self-motivated and manage day to day work plan activities in a fast paced environment
- Must possess a valid and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of supplies
- Coordinate logistics for parts delivery, including ordering from suppliers and managing vendor relationships
- Maintain an organized parts room, with effective system for tracking inventory and pricing
- Collaborate with mechanics to forecast parts needs based on upcoming jobs and repair schedules
