Immediate Need for a Property Manager at a 100 Unit Apartment Complex
We are looking to hire someone ASAP!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all aspects of residents moving in and out
Tenant screening
Leasing vacant units
Maintain resident records in Rent Manager- Including entering leases and payment information
Make bank deposits
Work with an established budget and notify management of any possible variations or deviations
Oversee Maintenance Staff
Enforce All Community Rules and Regulations
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Minimum 3 years experience in property management
Bilingual- English & Spanish
Customer Service
Positive attitude
Leadership skills
Effective time management
Problem solving skills
Ability to multitask
High school diploma
