PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) is currently looking for a Service Specialist in Tempe.
Overview
Communicating and working closely with multiple teams.
Must be able to multi task across multiple apps including but not limited to Outlook Emails, MS Teams and Salesforce.
Must be comfortable working with heavy phone call volume.
Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
4AM or 5AM start time, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year customer service experience
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to type 45 WPM
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Must complete Background Check and Drug Test
