Property Management Company seeking experienced, motivated Leasing Assistant/Assistant Manger to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to fill this full-time position immediately. Candidate must have previous work experience as either an a site manager or leasing assistant Must have excellent organization and communication skills and be self motivated. Working knowledge of Appfolio is beneficial.
Leasing Assistants responsibilities include responding to leasing inquiries from prospective residents, schedule and organize showings, assisting applicants with application packages and assisting with move-ins/move-out processes.
Salary starting at $52,000. - $55,000. depending on experience and skill set. Opportunity for monthly performance bonuses. Paid sick/Holiday/Vacation days and Medical/Dental/Optical Insurance.
