We are seeking 2 Maintenance Tech's for our senior properties in the East Valley. Experience preferred. Will provide Training for AC Certification as well as other maintenance related training. As part of our Team, you will receive on-going training and team support from your peers and supervisors. Our Maintenance Tech's perform the day-to-day upkeep and repairs of our properties to include unit turns, service repairs, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, self-motivated with a background in the apartment industry.

Qualified Applicants will have:
equivalent maintenance experience.
Necessary tools to perform the job
Possess energetic attitude, superior customer service, written and verbal communication, and follow up skills.
Stable and consistent work history with excellent references
Must be available for rotating on-call after hours emergencies
Valid driver license and reliable transportation is required
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to speak, read, and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties
Background testing required
