Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent with Tax Credit experience to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist prospective residents in touring the property and selecting the right unit.
Handle the leasing process, including completing applications, verifying eligibility, and conducting background checks.
Ensure compliance with Tax Credit regulations, including accurate documentation and reporting.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Market and promote the community to attract potential residents.
Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with Tax Credit properties is required.
Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
