Property Management Company seeking experienced, motivated individual to join area manager team. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to fill this full-time position immediately. Candidate must have previous work experience as either an area manager of long term on-site manager. Must have proven leadership skills and have the ability to effectively manage others, as well as distinct communication skills with a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed. Working knowledge of Appfolio is beneficial. Must have excellent organizational skills and an ability to create easily followed guidelines for others. Candidate must be self motivated to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standard and trends.
Area Manager responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of your management portfolio, as well as overseeing employee work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organization standards and guidelines. It also requires meeting regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement, tracking employee activity and monitoring successful completion of designated tasks. It also includes meeting with senior level officers to coordinate and report on ongoing issues, create and deliver reports to senior level officers and identify organization or employee related issues and create effective solutions.
Salary starting at $75,000. to $80,000. depending on experience and skill set. Paid sick/Holiday/Vacation days and medical/dental/optical insurance.
