- Conduct market evaluations to determine annual rent increases for renewals. Stay a minimum of 30 days ahead of each lease renewal.
- Quality control and tracking of all real estate files for designated broker. Handle maintenance of tracking log and file control.
- Insure maintenance of all real estate licenses in corporate tracking book.
- Assist with communication to prospective tenants of application needs, terms of occupancy, rules and regulations.
- Set up new tenants and rent charges in the system for all new tenants.
- Enter lease renewals on tenant ledgers and charge the owner for lease renewals in the system.
- Determine what properties need lease renewal inspections.
- Set up tenant contact information for all new files. Update all tenant information continually.
- Update property status sheet weekly prior to management meeting.
- Post rental increases from renewals monthly.
- Oversee the closing of all properties when they are leaving our management and handle the associated administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Sense of urgency to get the job done.
- Real Estate license required.
