Full Job Description:
Opportunity to work for a 30+ year old Private Equity Company. Self-Motivated and Disciplined Independent Person Needed. Must be meticulously detailed.
This is an in office position with some field work required. We offer competitive pay with the opportunity to advance and take on more responsibility.
Car allowance and Health Insurance allowance included. Starting at $22-24/hour.
Duties:
Showing Properties to Prospective Residents (Some Flex Schedule Required)
Coordinating Utilities, Clean Up, Minor Repairs and Renovations
Signing Properties and Putting up Marketing Signs Weekly
Online Marketing and Follow Up on Potential Residents
Processing Applications and Qualifying Prospective Residents
Monthly Receivables, Collections and Evictions as needed
Work with Vendors on Properties as Needed
Customer Service with Residents and Education Clients
General Office Work - Filing, Data Entry, Phones, CSR, Spreadsheets
Support Events Coordinator around Company Events (4-5 times per year)
Skills/Certifications/Experience:
Spanish Speaking is a Requirement
Licensed Realtor or Assistant is a Plus
PM Software such as PropertyWare/Appfolio/Buildium/Yardi is a Huge Plus
CRM Software such as Infusionsoft/Keap/ConstantContact/Kajabi is a Plus
Computer Literacy (Microsoft OS & Office, Email, etc)
Must Have Reliable Transportation
