Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE; paid time off; company match retirement
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR W/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Handle all avenues of RESIDENTIAL property management maintenance of single family homes & homeowner associations including but not limited to:
-All aspects of maintenance work orders including trouble shooting and assigning to techs with budgets
-Working with homeowners for approval for maintenance estimates
-Working with home warranty companies
-Status follow up on all work orders
-Billing of work orders
-Obtaining estimates for HOA maintenance projects, presenting to the board for approval
-Working with tenants on maintenance issues
-Phone work
-Administrative Duties
-The position is a full time (M-F) in office position with emergency on call maintenance 2x a month
-Must be looking to work for a stable, reliable company that has been in the valley since 2006
-Must have current relevant work history that can be validated
-Must have experience with Appfolio and all Microsoft products
