Valley Discounts is a local liquidation company that sells tools, home goods, furniture, appliances, etc.
We are looking to fill a full-time (36-40 hours per week) position at our Glendale location. Must be willing to work any of our shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and weekdays beginning as early as 8am or ending as late as 7pm. Please do not apply if you are not willing to work until 7-8pm and on weekends.
No experience required; we train on-site
Key Duties:
- helping customers
- moving items around to make the store look better
- loading heavy objects into customer's cars (like mini-fridges or furniture pieces)
Job Responsibilities:
- checking customers out at the cash register
- posting items to OfferUp and Instagram
- greeting and helping customers
- helping other employees move heavy objects (like couches)
- helping customers load inventory into their truckloads
- stocking/organizing
Requirements:
- must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- must be 18 years or older
