We are seeking a Freelance Commercial Sales Representative in the Phoenix metro area. This role is ideal for an independent sales professional with a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and the drive to close deals.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients.
Conduct site walk-throughs and collect key details for proposals.
Negotiate and close service contracts.
Maintain ongoing client relationships to identify upsell opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
Proven B2B sales experience (landscaping, facility services, construction, or maintenance is a strong plus).
Entrepreneurial mindset – independent, results-oriented.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Reliable transportation to meet clients on-site.
Compensation:
1099 – Commission-only role.
8–15% commission on annual contracts + performance bonuses.
