What You’ll Do:
As an Independent Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and expanding our national client base. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a keen eye for design.
Lead Generation & Research: Identify and target potential national clients, including trade show attendees, by conducting thorough market research and leveraging industry networks.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients, present our product offerings, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Design Collaboration: Utilize your proficiency in graphics programs such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW to assist clients in visualizing custom designs, ensuring their vision is accurately captured.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales-Driven Mindset: A passion for sales with a strong desire to maximize income through successful client acquisitions.
Self-Motivated & Competitive: Proactive in identifying opportunities, setting ambitious goals, and striving to exceed them.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and confidently present tailored solutions.
Design Proficiency: Experience with graphics programs like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW to facilitate design discussions with clients.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and following up effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in sales within the promotional products or related industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with CRM tools and design software is a plus.
