As a Sales & Customer Relations Representative, you’ll help clients plan their move or cleanup, provide clear estimates, follow up on leads, and ensure every customer has a 5-star experience.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Follow up with inbound leads and convert them to scheduled jobs
Understand customer needs and present the right service package
Stay up to date on all Pinks services, pricing, and promotions
Participate in marketing and local community events
Present services professionally on phone, in-person, and online
Create and post listings/ads on Facebook Marketplace and Google
Assist with light administrative tasks and team coordination
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales or customer service (moving, junk removal , or home services a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
