Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our business by building strong connections with realtors, storage facilities, senior care facilities, apartment complexes, and local businesses. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is committed to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including realtors, senior living communities, storage facilities, and apartment complexes.
Networking: Attend local networking groups and industry events to establish and nurture new business contacts.
Cold Calling & Prospecting: Contact realtors, property managers, and other professionals to generate leads and close deals.
Referral Program Management
Sales Goals: Achieve monthly sales targets and track progress through regular reporting.
Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the business to real estate professionals and other potential clients.
