Job Description: Residential Roofing Salesperson
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and ethical Residential Roofing Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to integrity in all sales practices. This role involves engaging with homeowners to understand their roofing project, providing expert advice, and guiding them through the sales process with transparency and honesty. We support you with best in class tools and pre-set appointments or RFP's.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Listen actively to customers' needs and concerns to provide tailored roofing solutions.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess roofing requirements and present suitable options as needed. Understanding how financing options can assist the homeowner.
- Sales and Consultation:
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of various roofing products and services.
- Prepare and present detailed, accurate, and transparent estimates and proposals.
- Follow up with customers to address questions and concerns, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Ethical Practices:
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and honesty in all interactions.
- Ensure all sales practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide truthful and clear information, avoiding any misleading or high-pressure tactics.
- Customer Service Excellence:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
