Are you passionate about trees and skilled in sales? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Tree Service Company Salesman/Estimator.

We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance. This role involves promoting and selling tree care services to potential clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive sales for our tree services, including tree removal, pruning, trimming, and more.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their tree care needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with our tree service team to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tree service or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of tree care practices and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
- 12% commissions on all sales.
- Leads provided but some cold calling and door-knocking would be encouraged.
- Currently in process of starting a radio campaign along with other advertising sources that will generate many more leads.
