This is a door-to-door appointment setting job. You will be trained how to knock doors and get utility bills to set appointments for a solar specialist to sit down with homeowners to get them to go solar. This is a commission-based job, the money that you make is all based off your willingness to work. You will be taught in an office setting and out in the field how to correctly scout and knock on doors to find those who are ready to put solar on their roofs. With the proper training and your willingness to knock the hours you will be successful. The hours are flexible, typically 10 am - 2 pm and 3pm - 7pm. You will be taught how to be successful in this job, yet it can be difficult for people. Few things are required to be successful; you must have people skills and no fear of cold calling.
