Apartment Maintenance Supervisor – Boiler/Chiller Experience (35th Ave & McDowell)
$28+ per hour – Temp-to-Hire | Can Start Today
We’re hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for a large multifamily community near 35th Avenue & McDowell (Phoenix, AZ).
This role requires strong apartment maintenance skills and hands-on experience with boiler/chiller systems.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Pay & Position Details
Starts at $28+ hourly (DOE)
No less than $28/hr
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Temp-to-Hire (Starts as 1099 Contractor)
Can start immediately — possibly today
Required Experience
Multifamily apartment maintenance (2+ years preferred)
Working knowledge of:
Boiler/Chiller systems
HVAC troubleshooting (certs a plus)
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, drywall, painting, unit turns
Ability to supervise, prioritize work orders, and lead a maintenance team
Requirements
Bilingual – English/Spanish (required)
Must be ready to start immediately
Comfortable beginning as a 1099 temp-to-hire
Must have basic tools
Reliable transportation
Ability to commute daily to 35th Ave & McDowell
What You’ll Do
Lead the property’s maintenance operations
Troubleshoot and maintain boiler/chiller systems
Perform hands-on apartment maintenance and unit turns
Handle and prioritize resident service requests
Keep the property safe, clean, and functioning
