An ideal candidate will have two years of maintenance experience in a commercial or residential multi-functional building. Must be proactive and able to work both independently and with others. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to perform a highly diversified number of duties related to property maintenance. Hands-on knowledge of common mechanical building equipment and general building maintenance (i.e. painting, drywall repairs, changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, as well as some plumbing and minor electrical.
