Sticks’n Steel Construction is a small general contracting company specializing in custom garages, RV garages, guest houses, ADUs, custom homes, and structural framing/rehab projects.
We’re looking for a working foreman — someone who will be on the tools every day. This is not a management-only position. You’ll do hands-on building work daily and direct 1–2 helpers as needed.
What you’ll do:
Perform daily hands-on construction: framing, concrete forming, roofing, painting, demolition, and related tasks
Read and follow drawings (basic structural knowledge is a plus)
Ensure jobs are completed safely and with quality
Work closely with the owner
What we’re looking for:
5+ years residential construction experience (garages, framing, remodels preferred)
Comfortable reading drawings
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
Pay: $20–$30/hr starting, depending on experience
