Description:
SSR LLC., a vertically integrated real estate development company, is seeking an experienced General Contractor (GC) to lead our flagship housing development project launching in 2026. This role oversees all construction phases, manages subcontractors, and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage residential construction projects (100+ units planned)
Create and manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
Oversee site safety and compliance with local codes
Collaborate with owners and capital partners on pro formas and draw schedules
Coordinate permitting, inspections, and vendor contracts
Ensure quality control at every stage
Qualifications:
Active AZ General Contractor License (B or KB-1)
5+ years residential/mixed-use construction management experience
Proven ability to deliver on schedule and within budget
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred: Experience working with bonded projects
Familiarity with cost estimating and permitting processes
