Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule and oversee construction trades
Must have own subcontractor trade base to work with
Identify and mitigate potential issues that arise during construction
Review and approval of trade contracts and billing
Maintain compliance with local building codes, permits and safety regulations
Communicate with property owner for project status and updates
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in high end, custom residential building
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and leadership skills
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
Ability to read, interpret and understand all construction documents
Position is single project, independent contractor with salary of $10,000/mo. DOE. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday but should have flexibility for evening and weekends should the project require them.
