What You’ll Do:
Refinish & restore wood doors (sanding, staining, sealing)
Repair or replace frames, install thresholds & weatherstripping
Handle touch-up paint & light carpentry jobs
Maintain clean work, ensure high-quality finish
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with door/wood refinishing, carpentry, painting, or similar hands-on work (preferred, but will train someone motivated)
Reliable, punctual, respectful, strong work ethic
Attention to detail & pride in craftsmanship
Good communication & attitude
