Must own a reliable truck, tools, and ladder.
Proficient with fast-setting mud to ensure efficient job completion.
Fluent in English, trustworthy, and easy to work with.
Commitment to excellent customer service and professional conduct.
Willing to undergo a drug test and provide references.

Compensation and Benefits:
