Qualifications
Must have experience operating excavators for installation of underground dry utilities.
Must have experience excavating around existing utilities
Experience with related construction equipment
Must be able to perform physical manual labor duties within the workday
Ensure that safety equipment is used properly at all times and that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed
Must be a “Team Player”
Bilingual is a plus
Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Valid Drivers License is a plus
Valid CDL License a plus
Responsibilities
To perform site utility work in a construction environment as necessary for commercial or utility construction projects.
Assist crew lead and/or local field management in construction work
Excavate to install conduit, manholes, handholes, pads, pedestals and vaults
Maintain equipment as necessary and according to safety specifications
Load/unload equipment
Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
