We’re Hiring: Dual-Role Mechanic & Heavy Equipment Operator

What You’ll Do:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts, loaders, skid steers, DOT trucks, etc.).Knowledge of DOT trucks from a safety/ maintenance standpoint.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently (earthwork, grading, material handling)
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections; complete daily logs.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
Weld and fabricate as needed for repairs.
What You Bring:
3+ years proven experience as a diesel/heavy equipment mechanic and field operator.
Strong working knowledge of Caterpillar, John Deere, or similar.
Valid CDL (Class A or B) preferred.
Hydraulic & electrical troubleshooting skills.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
Own basic tools; specialty tools provided.
