Must have Experience in Handyman work, light drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry
Must have own tools
Must have dependable vehicle
Must have current drivers license and insurance,
Must have dependable Smartphone and skills to use - Android/iPhone and have email address
Must be customer friendly and able to write up invoices correctly
Must have basic math skills to calculate totals
Independent contractor with 1099 at the end of year
