We are a growing remodeling company in Cave Creek, seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team. This is a contract position (1099) with competitive pay and immediate availability. The ideal candidate has extensive residential construction experience and a positive attitude.

Primary Job Duties:
Carpentry
Door installations
Plumbing
Electrical work
Drywall repair
General punch out duties
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in residential construction or similar role, preferably with a custom home builder
Skills: Strong plumbing and electrical skills are a big plus
Professionalism: Professional attitude and demeanor, clean and neat appearance
Logistics: Must have own tools and reliable transportation, willing to work in the northeast valley
Work Ethic: Motivated, able to work alone, must produce superior work, punctual and efficient
Other: Drug-free, good DMV record, strong communication skills, able to process work orders daily
