We are a local tree care company that offers high quality services in pruning, removals, stump grindings, fertilization, and pest/disease diagnosis. Most of our business is in the North part of Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree area, but we have clients valley wide.
We are seeking a full-time, RELIABLE individual to join our crew, starting asap.
Duties:
- pull brush
- assist tree climbers with their needs for tools/water, etc.
- operate wood chipper
- operate blower
- using blower, rakes and shovels, thorough clean up after the pruning/removal work is finished
- fill up power tools with fuel/oil
- perform all duties above safely and efficiently
- work well with other crew members to maximize efficiency on each job site
- drive yourself to and from jobsites. Monthly fuel allowance provided.
- report to business owner and tree climbers
Requirements:
- 3 R's: reliable, responsible, respectful
- fluent in English
- own reliable transportation
- own reliable cellular phone
- able to work in the summer heat full-time
- be available to work Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday work available.
- work hard with little supervision
- able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- be a team player
- dress/be presentable. Company shirts provided. Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) provided.
Ability to drive a non-CDL dump truck + chipper, manual transmission, is a plus, but is not required.
We offer 35-50 hours per week; paid Holidays; 3 days paid sick time/year; a steady income and a healthy work environment.
