What You’ll Do
-Perform tree climbing and aerial tree work (pruning, removals, cabling, etc.)
-Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other industry equipment safely
-Follow all safety protocols (ISA, ANSI, and company standards)
-Work as part of a team to complete residential and commercial projects
-Communicate with crew leaders and clients to ensure high-quality service
What We’re Looking For
-Proven tree climbing and arborist skills (saddle & spur, climbing techniques)
-Knowledge of tree id, pruning techniques, and safety procedures
-Strong work ethic and a passion for the outdoors
-ISA Certification a plus (but not required)
-Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights
