Growing Remodeling company is now seeking a qualified skilled tradesman that possesses top notch residential construction experience with a great attitude. This position is a 1099 position and is available immediately. Primary job duties are as follows but not limited to; carpentry, door installations, plumbing, electrical, drywall and general punch out duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years prior work experience in residential construction or similar position, preferably with a custom home builder
- Strong plumbing skills are a big plus
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Must have reliable transportation and willing and able to work in the northeast valley.
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Motivated and able to work alone
- Must produce superior work
- Clean and neat appearance
- Drug free and good DMV record
- Be punctual and efficient
- Strong communication skills
- Process work orders daily
Mileage reimbursement for miles driven between jobs.
Vehicle allowance, monthly, for qualified vehicle.
Background check and random drug testing required.
