We have commercial buildings that need to be maintained in Phoenix. At the moment, I need help with cleaning evaporative coolers and re-coating some flat roofs (I can teach if no cooler or roof experience). Besides coolers and roofs we also need help with the following type of jobs:
Painting
Basic electrical
Landscaping / yard cleaning
Basic plumbing
General building maintenance
I am very flexible. Let me know what days and time works best for you. You can work full/part time. Having your own basic tools would be ideal. Pay depends on experience.
