We’re a fast-growing property management company in Phoenix looking for a reliable independent contractor handyman/maintenance professional to join our team. This is a massive opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping properties in top shape.
What you’ll do:
Rental property turns and daily maintenance
Interior painting, drywall repair, minor carpentry
Flooring installation & repairs (carpet, vinyl, laminate, tile)
General handyman services (plumbing & electrical basics, appliance installs, etc.)
Ability to coordinate with or manage subcontractors when needed
What we’re looking for:
Dependable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Strong knowledge of residential maintenance and repair
Own tools, truck/transportation, and valid insurance
Ability to handle work independently and on schedule
Bonus if you already have flooring or painting crews you work with
