Now hiring for a full-time/part-time maintenance person to oversee see and maintain five State contracted care home facilities.
Must be able to pass a background check and have a level 1 fingerprint card. Do NOT apply if you do not currently have a level 1 card.
Must have a solid history in drywall repair, paint, electrical, door/window replacements, junk removal, etc
I need a person that can troubleshoot the issue, repair the issue in a timely manner and move on to the next project.
You must have your own tools and vehicle.
