HVAC installer will be responsible for roughing custom homes in the Phoenix area. You will work closely with Superintendents to ensure that our production/quality standards are met. Candidate must have 1-2 years of HVAC rough-in residential experience. We offer a competitive benefits package with weekly pay.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of residential rough-in including installing new equipment, sheet metal duck work, attic, and/or vertical
splits (gas or heat pump).
Achieve production goals and meet quality standards.
General knowledge of power hand tools such as drills, panduit straps, snips, sawzall and general construction tools.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience
1-2 years of HVAC residential rough-in experience.
Must be able to rough-in with minimal supervision.
Must be able to read blueprints.
Knowledge of HVAC code.
A valid driver’s license
Pay from $20/hr. - $65/hr.
We pay bonuses (up to $1000) based on performance
