HVAC/R Commerical Installer Wanted
BLS Mechanical LLC is a family-owned company. BLS Mechanical services, maintenances, installs primarily for Commercial, and industrial clients, at times we do perform services for residential clients.
The selected candidate will:
Have transportation
Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched
Follow instructions from Supervisor and carry out in timely manner
Supervise and be responsible for other installers
Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
Unload truck supplies and equipment
Complete jobs within the labor budget
Run a job without supervision
Must be able to lift
Prepare all timesheets, neatly and timely
Other Duties as Assigned
The successful candidate's background will include:
Be willing to work weekends and nights
2-3 years solid field service experience performing installations, and preventative maintenance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to be self-directed to perform with little supervision
Owning hand tools
Clean Driving Record (required)
A satisfactory background check per Company guidelines (required)
EPA Refrigeration certification (required)
