We are currently looking for a HVAC Service Manager that will oversee and direct all Service-Related Activities and do Quality Assurance on Installs, Deal with Customer Escalation and Up Train Technicians. Our company has a Process on how we communicate with customers and the Service Manager will need to be openminded and willing to learn this process.
Leadership-Train new techs on the company process, provide support and guidance and performance evaluations, hold weekly meetings and go over KPI's and field related issues.
Service Coordination-Review jobs in service titan assigned to techs to make sure proper documents are being uploaded.
Technical Expertise-Provide Technical Support to technicians in the field, troubleshoot problems and ensure quality workmanship.
Customer Relations -Deal with any customer escalations.
