Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for HVAC systems, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues
- Perform mechanic duties related to HVAC systems
- Provide field service support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
