Job Summary
We seek an experienced Service Technician/Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and manage services in the field. This includes performing services on windows and doors and inspecting the quality of previous work from our installers. Manage the warehouse, deliveries, and inventory. Be effective in maintaining efficient operations. Must be able to lift well over 50 lbs and drive a truck.
Duties
- Must have the ability to perform services in the field making small repairs including, caulking, replacing parts, adjusting doors and windows, etc
- Manage inventory control and maintenance of equipment.
- Oversee scheduling and ensure timely execution of projects to meet customer satisfaction.
-Ensure the right products are delivered to customers at the right time.
Skills
- Must have the ability to lift well over 50 lbs. We are a construction company and the products we have are heavy.
- 5 Years of Experience in window and door installation, construction, and home remodeling.
- Experience in warehouse operations, including management and logistics.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, and demand planning.
- Proven experience with equipment maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and self-motivation.
- Good communication skills with clients and a good sense of humor in the office.
