Are you an experienced HVAC technician with excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers? Affordable Comfort LLC, a leading HVAC company in the Phoenix Mesa metropolitan area, is looking for a dedicated and skilled technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency in no cooling/heating situations.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain issues and solutions.
- Close service calls by providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, including ethical driving restrictions and a drug-free workplace.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC diagnostics and repairs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test if asked.
