We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Carpenter with 5–7 years of cabinetry experience to join our team. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of carpenters and apprentices.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to deliver precise cabinetry work.
Oversee the design, fabrication, assembly, and installation of custom cabinetry and millwork.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to achieve the desired outcomes.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workshop environment.
Qualifications
5–7 years of proven experience in cabinetry with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Advanced knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
Experience supervising or leading a carpentry team.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
