Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is currently seeking a LEAD MECHANIC for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ.
Lead Mechanic Responsibilities:
Foster a culture of respect and teamwork within the assigned area.
Perform maintenance and repairs on various equipment, including forklifts, trucks, and welding units, ensuring they are used and maintained properly.
Maintain clear communication with team members and ensure a safe work environment at all times.
Conduct accurate in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality.
Maintain all tools and machinery in optimal working condition.
Ensure all assigned work adheres to company safety protocols.
Lead Mechanic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and machinery.
Experience with management, inventory, and fleets
