Looking for a subcontractor to finish our floors for the newly built apartment complexes. All are post-tension layouts, but we do work on mono and the occasional stem pours. We might need help on the onsite pour, i.e, sidewalks, curb, and gutter, but that is rare.
Must have:
A valid W9 Tax Form
Driver license
Proper Insurance documentation
Understand how to do basic billing/invoicing
Has a CREW
