Gruber Industries Inc., is a growing organization with multiple facilities, home to approximately 150+ employees. We have been established for over 40 years. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth operations of our facilities.
Position Overview:
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations across all of our buildings. Your role will include managing the upkeep of our equipment, overseeing repairs, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently. You will work closely with all of the departments to support the company’s overall operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities across multiple facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and infrastructure to identify and address issues.
- Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime.
- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-building environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong time management skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent
